A cantora Anitta continua a fazer História nas premiações internacionais de 2022. O principal prêmio popularidade dos EUA, o People’s Choice Awards, anunciou seus indicados nessa quinta (26/10). E ela se tornou a primeira indicada brasileira ao Prêmio de Artista Latino do Ano.
Anitta concorre ao lado de grandes nomes como Shakira e o rapper Bad Bunny, que foi o líder de indicações, com sete (incluindo Cantor do Ano). No total geral, Harry Styles ficou em 2º lugar com seis indicações (uma delas foi por sua atuação no filme “Não Se Preocupe, Querida”).
Taylor Swift, que acabou de lançar seu novo álbum “Midnights”, conseguiu três indicações, incluindo Cantora do Ano e Álbum do Ano, empatada com grupo de K-Pop BTS. Já o grupo feminino BLACKPINK ficou com duas.
No cinema, o filme “Não! Não Olhe!”, de Jordan Peele, liderou a lista, indicado em seis categorias, incluindo Melhor Filme. Já os filmes de ação “Trem-Bala”, com Brad Pitt, e “Top Gun: Maverick”, estrelado por Tom Cruise, tiveram cinco indicações cada.
Os filmes de super-heróis, geralmente favoritos nessa premiação, tiveram menos nomeações este ano. Os destaques ficaram com os filmes da Marvel, “Doutor Estranho no Multiverso da Loucura” e “Thor: Amor e Trovão”, ambos com quatro indicações, seguidos pelos filmes da DC, “Batman” e “Adão Negro”, com três.
Entre os atores, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson se destacou com quatro indicações, duas por “Adão Negro” e duas pela série “Young Rock”.
Já a série mais lembrada foi “This Is Us”, com seis indicações, duas a mais que “Stranger Things”, “Abbott Elementary” e a veterana “Grey’s Anatomy”, todas empatadas com quatro indicações cada.
O People’s Choice Awards também distribuiu prêmios de influenciadores locais em vários países. No Brasil, a categoria de Influenciador do Ano vai retomar a rivalidade entre os ex-BBBs Jade Picon e Arthur Aguiar, ambos indicados na categoria, junto com Gloria Groove, Iran Luva de Pedreiro, Luísa Sonza, Vanessa Lopes, Virgínia Fonseca e Yarley.
Com votação do público pela internet, via site oficial (https://www.votepca.com/) e Twitter, os prêmios serão entregues aos vencedores no dia 6 de dezembro, no Microsoft Theater, em Los Angeles, com apresentação do comediante Kenan Thompson.
