O Teen Choice Awards 2018 divulgou a segunda parte de sua lista de indicados, que inclui os prêmios de beijos, casal, vilões, revelações, mídias sociais e sucessos de verão, entre outros. Uma das curiosidades é que a brasileira Anitta aparece entre os artistas musicais da web.
A nova leva de indicações confirma o favoritismo das séries “Riverdale”, “Stranger Things” e da recém-cancelada “Shadowhunters”, que somam mais cinco indicações cada. Entre os filmes, a vantagem desta vez é de “Star Wars: Os Últimos Jedi”, com sete nomeações, inclusive para Kelly Marie Tran, perseguida por racistas no Instagram, que aparece na categoria de Melhor Revelação do Cinema.
Os vencedores serão escolhidos pelo público. As votações começam no próximo dia 19 e, para votar, basta acessar o site oficial ou usar a hashtag com o nome da categoria + seu favorito no twitter.
O Teen Choice Awards 2018 acontece no dia 12 de agosto, com exibição nos Estados Unidos pela rede Fox.
Ainda não há confirmação para o Brasil, mas o canal pago Warner tem feito a transmissão dos últimos anos.
